Overall a decent stay for Christmas. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast offered a variety of options that I enjoyed. the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The service was less than satisfactory. I had booked a specific room and meal plan, but upon arrival, I was given a different room and not the meal plan I had reserved.

We enjoyed a clean and well-maintained hotel with friendly staff. The location was great with easy access to transportation and parking facilities. The hotel amenities were also satisfactory. The kitchen staff were hospitable and ensured our comfort and convenience.

Spending my Christmas holiday in this hotel was the best decision I could have made. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which helped me to stay connected with my family during the festive season. the hotel's location was great, as it was near shopping malls and restaurants, making it very convenient to get around.
Despite making a reservation for a specific room, I was given a different one upon arrival. the check-out time was not clearly communicated, causing confusion and delaying my departure.
